Is there a referral program?2024-05-02T15:45:50+00:00

Welcome to the Win-Win-Win program! Yes, we want to help as many individuals adhere to their medical plan and, as possible, we know that you can help us reach that goal. We will offer you a credit of $50 for every new customer you refer (customer has to close a first order). As well, the referred customer can benefit from a 10% discount for their first order (max. $100; can’t be combined with another offer).

The referred customer has to use coupon code CHOICE2024 and mention your name so we can credit your account.

What is your return policy?2022-05-10T18:03:27+00:00

We are unable to accept returns of prescription medications. That said, we value our customers and want you to be a returning glacial supplies customer. We work with you on a case-by-case basis to resolve the issue in the event you are not satisfied or if there is a problem with your order.

How much medication can I order at a time?2024-05-02T15:22:58+00:00

For most medications, you can purchase up to a three-month supply in any one order as determined by your doctor’s directions for usage on your prescription. (Some medications are exceptionally limited to less than a three-month supply.)

Can I transfer my prescription from my local pharmacy to you?2022-05-10T18:07:49+00:00

Because we are located in Canada, we are unable to transfer prescriptions from US pharmacies. However, you can ask your doctor’s office to directly fax us a new prescription at (+1 (888) 970-6772). Most doctors are happy to do so. If you prefer, we can also contact your doctor’s office and ask them to fax a new prescription on your behalf.

How do I send you my prescription?2024-05-02T19:52:36+00:00
You can send your prescriptions to us by email, fax or mail.
Toll-Free Fax: +1 (888) 970-6772
Mail:
Unit 357 – 2818 Main Street
Vancouver, BC
V5T 0C1

We can also have our pharmacy reach out to your doctor by fax and request a prescription for you. Please ensure we have your doctor’s name and contact information on file.

Do I need a prescription to order from your company?2022-05-10T18:11:17+00:00

Yes. Just like visiting your local pharmacy, we require a valid prescription for your medication.

How long will my order take to arrive?2024-05-02T15:23:55+00:00

Orders typically take about 4-5 business days via Xpresspost (Canada Post) once your order ships. This time is due to US customs making sure that any medication entering the United States is safe and legitimate.

How can I know that my medication will not spoil?2024-05-02T15:25:06+00:00

All temperature sensitive orders are shipped in special insulated packaging with gel packs. Upgraded insulation is also available for months where temperatures and either very high or very low.

All temperature sensitive shipments also contain a ‘warm mark’ sensor, which notifies you if the medication has gone above it’s recommended storage condition. If this is the case, our pharmacist will speak with you and conduct an analysis to see if your medication is suitable for use. Please note that the warm mark sensor does not necessarily mean that a medication has spoiled, it is simply a starting point for a pharmacist investigation.

Why are prices in Canada so much lower than in the US?2024-05-02T15:25:24+00:00
The US has some of the highest drug prices in the world. In Canada, the government regulates the prices of medications to ensure that Canadians can afford the medication they need. This means that prices in Canada for a medication can be up to 80% cheaper than the price paid by Americans.
