Welcome to the Win-Win-Win program! Yes, we want to help as many individuals adhere to their medical plan and, as possible, we know that you can help us reach that goal. As well, the referred customer can benefit from a 10% discount for their first order (max. $100; can’t be combined with another offer).

We are unable to accept returns of prescription medications. That said, we value our customers and want you to be a returning glacial supplies customer. We work with you on a case-by-case basis to resolve the issue in the event you are not satisfied or if there is a problem with your order.
For most medications, you can purchase up to a three-month supply in any one order as determined by your doctor’s directions for usage on your prescription. (Some medications are exceptionally limited to less than a three-month supply.)
Because we are located in Canada, we are unable to transfer prescriptions from US pharmacies. However, you can ask your doctor’s office to directly fax us a new prescription at (+1 (888) 970-6772). Most doctors are happy to do so. If you prefer, we can also contact your doctor’s office and ask them to fax a new prescription on your behalf.

We can also have our pharmacy reach out to your doctor by fax and request a prescription for you. Please ensure we have your doctor’s name and contact information on file.
Yes. Just like visiting your local pharmacy, we require a valid prescription for your medication.
Orders typically take about 4-5 business days via Xpresspost (Canada Post) once your order ships. This time is due to US customs making sure that any medication entering the United States is safe and legitimate.
All temperature sensitive orders are shipped in special insulated packaging with gel packs. Upgraded insulation is also available for months where temperatures and either very high or very low.
All temperature sensitive shipments also contain a ‘warm mark’ sensor, which notifies you if the medication has gone above it’s recommended storage condition. If this is the case, our pharmacist will speak with you and conduct an analysis to see if your medication is suitable for use. Please note that the warm mark sensor does not necessarily mean that a medication has spoiled, it is simply a starting point for a pharmacist investigation.
All products are shipped from licensed and regulated Canadian pharmacies.
